ArcGIS Collector (now integrated with ArcGIS Field Maps) is an app designed to collect and edit data in the field, and is perfectly integrated with ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise.
ArcGIS Field Maps (Tracker)
ArcGIS Tracker allows field personnel to capture information about their location (location traces). This Story Map from Esri South Africa lets you discover what you can do with ArcGIS Tracker.

ArcGIS for Power BI
ArcGIS for Power BI is an add-in with which you can access certain ArcGIS tools from Microsoft Power BI. With it, you can connect to ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise and access your content (e.g. hosted feature layers). I recommend the article How to use ArcGIS with Power BI, from Esri UK.

ArcGIS Parcel Fabric
A framework to manage, edit and share parcel data in a multi-user (ArcGIS Enterprise) and single-user (file geodatabase) environment. It can be deployed in ArcGIS Pro Standard or Advanced.
ArcGIS Pro
ArcGIS Pro is the new generation of desktop GIS from Esri. Until 2020, development was done together with ArcGIS Desktop. As of 2021, it focuses solely on Pro. Here to check the latest news.
ArcGIS Pro can be downloaded from My Esri (all versions) and from within ArcGIS Online (the latest version only). ArcGIS Pro will notify you when new versions are available; you can update it from the same interface. By default, ArcGIS Pro is used with a Named User license. You can also use it with Single Use and Concurrent Use licenses. How to use ArcGIS Pro offline?
Data management in ArcGIS Pro is similar to ArcGIS Desktop (ArcMap) but much more integrated with ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise to share and recover data. The interface of ArcGIS Pro is different from that of ArcMap and has a similar style to that of some classic Microsoft applications.
